Hot tub property in upper Kings Beach just minutes from the Lake! Home has 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 2.5 bathrooms to boot. Sleeps up to 8 guests with ease. The spacious and open kitchen has granite countertops and all new appliances. It overlooks the living area with free standing gas stove and vaulted ceilings, a large television for streaming and two new comfy couches, one of which folds out into a sleeper for extra sleeping capacity. There is also dining space for 4 at the main table, 2 more at a smaller table and 2 at the kitchen island, breakfast bar.
Off the living room, there's a deck overlooking the front yard that has two chairs facing south for the fullest sun of the day. Out the back way, there's a larger deck with patio dining, a gas heat lamp for those chillier summer nights and gas grill for dining al fresco. Regardless of the season, there's also a private hot tub where you can take a dip and slough off the day.
On the upper level of the house, in addition to the kitchen and living room, there is a half bathroom on your way to the Master Suite. The Master has a calming color palette and is very spacious even with the Queen size bed, Streaming TV atop a tall dresser and an arm chair nestled in the corner. The bedroom flows openly into the vanity area of the bathroom, complete with a large mirror and dual sinks. The door to the left gains access to the toilet and a combination shower/tub. The door to the right, provides storage and extra bedding in the organized walk-in closet with custom shelving.
Brand new flooring can be found on the lower level, along with the other two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry area, and access to the garage. The two bedrooms mirror each other and include a Queen size bed, dresser, closet and windows to view their respective yards. They share use of the roomy bathroom which also has a combination shower/tub.
