"The property is ok and the check in by the staff was good BUT expedia doesn’t help. This is not the first time that I show the EXPEDIA booking # and the merchant says that this number is not sent to them or is not used as a reference. In addition, the change in the reservation that I made through EXPEDIA app in the hotel end was figuring as a CANCELLATION. So grade A to the hotel check in and grade D to the EXPEDIA reservation process."

"The staff helped me a lot i had issues with rooms and had to change 3 times. Finally he got me to a safe spot and decent room. Hotel needs to update its sheets cig holes in them (non smoking hotel now ) but old sheets. They are nice but breakfast was not available and was told when i booked they had it. Parts of hotel just need updating badly ! Still my stay was good ! "
