"Staff didn’t know that a guest could request a late check out of 2 pm, tv didn’t work in the workout room even after notifying on day one the entire time we stayed there. Overall, it wasn’t as a pleasant of a stay as we had the previous year. Unlikely we will stay again "

"I don’t even know where to start!!! When you pull up you think what a pretty hotel, you walk in the front door the smell from the air fresheners are way too strong you can’t stay in lobby long- We were greeted by a wonderful and I would say the most professional & kind receptionist her name is Kayla (the rest were horrible)! We got up to our room and it looked clean. We unpacked and settled in for the night. I was on my bed and my husband looked over and saw a bug crawling on the sheet. I got it although it was tiny and took a picture of it to find in horror that it was a BED BUG!! I got eaten up all over my body I have the pics to prove it. I immediately went down to Kayla and showed her the bug and it was confirmed to be BED BUGS!!!! With that said we wanted to leave hotel and I wanted to be reimbursed for that night bc of this nasty incident. The owner could not be reached (he didn’t answer the phone) Kayla said she emailed him and he said he’d be in on Sunday so bc Kayla was so kind and understanding we decided to switch floors and try another room. Last night we were told by Ray ( maintenance /housekeeping boss) who was also very kind that the owner would be in on Monday morning from 6a- 2p. When I woke up this morning I was told that he was in at 6a.m and left by 6:30 a.m- the kid at the front desk Andrew I think his name was-very rude. Instead of taking responsibility he Ran like a COWARD! I will be in touch with my attorney-PLENTY of other hotels to stay at!!"

"Very clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff was very pleasant for checking in and checking out service. Breakfast was better than expected. "

"Host was helpful and responsive if when I needed something. Allowed me to extend an 2 hours after check out time so we could come back and shower before heading to the airport. Really appreciated it!"

"Aundry and Justin were excellent host, very attentive and responsive. They gave us great tips on places to see. Neat, clean and cozy home with a newly renovated kitchen. Best part is the outdoor patio with the fire pit. Great stay."

"Was disappointed. It said it had a kitchen but was a microwave, toaster oven and small coffee maker on a chest of drawers next to the bed. To get to the suite you had to follow a cobble stone path. This was hard with our luggage. Not enough plug ins for our phones and medical device. We used the extension cord provided but must not have been plugged in behind the bed because the phone didn’t charge. The host did send a text to tell us the code to get in and welcomed. The place was clean."

"The host Monica is absolutely amazing. Any questions I had, she responded ASAP. Communication was fantastic. We had an issue and Monica went into action to help us. If I am ever in Lakeland area again, I will rent this property again. The property had such a nice, homey vibe. "
