"This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a holiday rental. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. Inside, the sofa and lounge area were grubby and uncomfortable. The whole place felt uncared for and unclean – nothing like the photos or description.The directions provided...

"The location of this property is second to none! The property is cosy and has everything you need. I have told all my friends about it and we will definitely be staying here again! Attention to detail with the cleaning needs to improve. The shower had loads of black mould and this made it smell. The first thing I had to do on arrival was clean this off so the shower was usable. I also found empty chocolate biscuit wrappers under the bed."

"We loved our stay here. The house is gorgeous with stunning views over the sea. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, there is a huge TV - which our son thought was great! The location is ideal, just a short walk to everything that Cawsands and Kingsands has to offer."
