Relax and take in fabulous views through large picture windows. With double doors leading out into the spectacular garden overlooking the river, the sea and the mesmerising Burgh Island.
The garden is what childhood dreams are made of, hidden pathways lead down to the estuary, an ideal spot for secret hideaways and den-building.

The unspoilt village of Bantham itself is an absolute joy. With its own local pub and a well-stocked village shop, it's friendly locals are in abundance, ready to point you in the direction of the best surf, the finest cream tea or the freshest seafood.
The beach itself is a watersports paradise. Miles of golden sand, crystal clear water and incredible waves. Grab a Surf Board, Kayak or a Stand-Up Paddleboard and head on down to this pristine beach, less than five minutes walk from the house.
If a sunbathe and a good book are more your thing, the Avon estuary beach is a calmer, quieter spot for you to relax and unwind. But, whatever you choose to do - White Horses provides the ideal base to enjoy this incredible location any time of the year.

The Main House has a spacious L-shaped lounge area in a fresh, contemporary design. A flat screen TV and woodburner for cosy, cooler evenings.
A set of bunkbeds (Single over double) in one of the bedrooms, is perfect for children. The beautiful 'White Room' bedroom next door is a charming double bedroom, filled with natural light in an simple, rustic style.
The front door opens into a light and airy entrance hall with cloakroom
and a contemporary wooden staircase leads to the first floor.
A classic shaker style kitchen with a Butlers sink, microwave and dishwasher, sits right in the heart of the house. Well equipped to an extremely high standard, it has everything you could possible need.
A wet room/utility area with showers, washing machine and dryer and plenty of hanging space for your wetsuit and swimwear.

There are many wonderful coastal walks in the area along the stunning Southwest Coast path.
The nearest bus stop is at the nearby village of Churchstow approx 2-3 miles away.
The nearest train station is at Totnes approx 15 miles away.
