"Everything was great and clean. I was not happy that a realtor knocked on the door before 9:00am the morning of checkout and stated that she had clients with an appointment to show the Condo. I told her that checkout was at 10 and she could come back when we were out. Other than that it was wonderful and we would stay there again."

"If you’re curious about where to stay in Amelia Island, THIS is the place to choose! Everything about the unit was even better than pictured. Cindy was wonderful to communicate with, and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week. The views from the balcony were stunning at all times of the day, and the access to the beach was steps away. My husband and I love the surf and racquet club for its beach access and quiet, peaceful environment. We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to make...

"Great place and location. Only reason I didn’t give 5 star on cleanliness is bc it has too much accessories, there is no way the cleaning staff can dust with their limited timeframe."

"This rental was amazing! It was just as described. We enjoyed sitting on the patio just chilling out and even made a meal or two. It was perfect. The only thing I would add is maybe another couple of blankets just in case the night turns off cool. Thank you so much for sharing this property with us. We hope to come back and stay again in the fall."

"The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property."

"I took my daughters and a friend of theirs down for a few days and we had a great time. I was able to relax, enjoy the beach and food AND love that they had a great time. The Sand Bar and Crab Trap were really good. We love the proximity to everything. We feel very safe and at home on Amelia Island. We were able to find several sharks teeth while on the beach which is one of our main things to do at the beach :)"
