This large luxury, 5 bedroom ( comfy Purple mattreses) 5 bath home, with a bonus room, is great for a large get together on beautiful Lake LBJ. The home is furnished with comfort in mind. The kitchen is well equipped for your entertaining needs. The open concept floor plan, with glass views the entire backside of the lakehouse, assures great views of the lake from inside or outside. Large and greatly loved gameroom with large television. Boat slip and jet ski ramps are ready for you to bring your toys! 2 paddle boards and lily pad are provided. You can bring your own toys or call a rental, and have them delivered to you! Within a couple of miles to a grocery store, restaurants, golf courses, rental facilities, gas station, and much, much more!!Lake LBJ is on one side and a fishing cove is on the other! Bring your poles and tackle box and enjoy hours of fishing, too Sleeps 18 with ample floor area
