Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

A Horrible Experience

The Host canceled our reservation at 2:00 AM the day of our check-in saying it was "Natural disaster". We knew someone who lives in the same building, and they informed us that the listing was occupied by another group. This host should have their listing from VRBO.
