A great old heritage building, lots of character with floors creaking and interesting nooks and crannies. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice seating area and lounge. Close enough to walk to downtown and harbour but far enough away from the business area on a quiet residential street.

Great character heritage BnB located in downtown Kingston. We arrived late but they made after hour check in easy. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Great location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

This Inn is in a peaceful neighbourhood, within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Parking is limited, but the staff were very helpful in explaining where we could park nearby for free. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay. The only challenge, which we were aware of ahead of time, was no elevator access and quite a few stairs to navigate with our suitcases.

Well appointed room/bedroom. very comfortable bed and lounging chair. Parking was a little irritating as there are enough spots for all the guests so have to play jenga with lot and street parking . Room by the front desk can get quite loud
