The property was going through some renovations and our room had air conditioning issue, I mean it’s not working but we were mostly outside and the staff provided some portable room fans for us and due to the situation they waved off our parking cost and provided us free breakfast during our day of checkout ….over all it’s a decent stay and I understand that things sometimes doesn’t work the way we expect but the staff made us feel comfortable and we felt good.

I didn’t like when I was on trivago to find the best price that I wasn’t given the knowledge that the hotel I was at was under construction. I didn’t get the balcony room and I saw pictures of a pool. But was told by staff was taken out a year and half ago. Had I known I would have chosen another place. We were done in Kingston for my son to have surgery at KGH. Stressful situation and the stay wasn’t the relaxing time we thought we’d get before the surgery.
