Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Their were places to shop and restaurants not very far from the house. It was well decorated and offered a great place for our sister trip.

Xmas get away

We had 13 people in our group from different age groups, the home was perfect and we still had enough space. The home was beautiful and it was just what we were looking for. Real country living. Definitely will be booking again.

Beautiful House

House was beautiful and the host was very attentive. Everything clean and very well maintain. The house has everything you might need and many other things such as snacks. I’m very pleased with my stay and will stay again in the future.

Excellent getaway

The house was exactly as expected. We had 11 people and it was perfect for our needs. Everything was comfortable both inside and out. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. If we get back to the area will definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay!!

This house is beautiful, peaceful, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed! Andrea was incredibly helpful and there were so many thoughtful touches. The house had everything we could need and plenty of space for two families with small kids! The kids loved the huge yard and front yard. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. We enjoyed many of the activities around the area but mostly just enjoyed all the house and property had to offer! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property

The house and property were beautiful. The size and rooms worked well for our group. The only issue we had was that it wasn’t very well stocked. We couldn’t find any extra toilet paper or trash bags. Other than that everything was perfect.

An absolute GEM

This place is the perfect place for a large family or a group of friends. We have stayed here on 3 separate occasions for a baseball event at Lake Point, and this is our go-to. Lots of different areas within the house, so you never feel crowded. The kitchen is well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need to cook (and an awesome egg smoker/grill outside!). The outdoor fire pit, front porch swings, and the massive yard make this an unforgettable stay. Thank you, Andrea for another great stay!!!

Great place for family stay in Georgia away from busy cities

We had a group of 6 from age 13-52 and were in town for a wedding at Barnsley resort. This was the perfect location. Only 5-10 min drive to resort. Plenty of room to spread out when needed and get together when desired for our four day stay. We didn’t do any cooking as we had events planned almost every night but WiFi worked great and beds were comfy. Lots of wasps on back Patio and we were there in June so 98 degree days were hot but early morning was nice time to enjoy the scenery and walk lot like under trees. Really beautiful home and everyone had a comfortable stay. Host was very responsive when we had questions as well.

Wedding Reception

We had a fabulous stay at this home. We were here to celebrate my son and daughter in law. We had their wedding reception at a near by venue. This home was absolutely perfect. Enough space to accommodate all of the guests that we needed to accommodate. We also hosted a small group here on Friday night and it was perfect for that. The pics on VRBO are true. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The big porch with swings and the view are fabulous. It was clean and well stocked for hosting a group. Even had a crib, high hair and riding toys for our toddlers. Can’t recommend ENOUGH! You won’t be disappointed! It’s a beautiful home!!

Home Away from Home

Our family has stayed here twice for a family reunion. My daughter remarked that it’s beginning to feel like home. The last time we stayed here, we thought the home was perfect, yet this time it has been renovated. And Wow- it is magnificent. One of the cleanest and most well stocked homes we’ve ever rented. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing!

Awesome home and property! We had a large group of family members in town to watch a basketball tournament at Lake Point Sports. We had everything we needed and more - towels, bedding, dishes, cooking utensils,... Loved the high end appliances! All bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as described. Loved spending time on the huge front porch and back patio!

Perfect house for our son’s wedding weekend at Magnolia Creek Farms! Beautifully decorated, clean and more than enough space for 7 adults. Loved the location close to Barnsley Resort as we had several events there too. Highly recommend renting for an occasion you have in that area.

True Southern Hospitality!

Southern Living provided the peace and quite needed on a busy wedding weekend. We had lots of family and kids and the house had every single thing you could have thought of or needed and then had the things that just made it a special touch. Andrea answered any and all questions I had very quickly and she was incredibly polite, welcoming and professional. All top notch appliances in the kitchen and throughout the entire house. Such an amazing and beautiful place.

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. It was only an eight minute drive from Barnsley Resort, which was where wedding we were attending took place. The porch had a gorgeous view of the property. Andrea was a wonderful host! Would definitely stay again. :)

Fantastic home!

Fantastic home for a wedding weekend at Barnsley Resort. The home has nice finishes, clean, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. It was only about 7 minute drive to Barnsley and Andrea was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay!

We had a great experience staying here with a group of friends for a wedding at Barnsley. Barnsley was less than a 10 minute drive, which made it a fantastic location. The house was extremely well stocked and the kitchen worked well for cooking a few meals for our large group. We easily slept 9 with a few open beds. We’d recommend this property - it was quiet, comfortable, and clean!
