"The room was beautiful with balcony overlooked the Emancipation Park. Our room was serviced by a most wonderful lady who shared my name, Nadine. She really helped to make the trip special. Rachel at reception was also outstanding. The chef prepared me a gluten-free vegan meal if the buffet didn't have an option. I truly felt cared for and pampered. "
