"The room I stayed in was quite clean. It was an old place and it showed. It could use some touch ups. There were no curtains to block the light only blinds, so the room never got dark. The shower temperature got really hot when needed, but the sprayer was not uniform. There was also a strange orange stain on one of the towels. There was an odd odor occasionally of old smoke."

"We were there for the Elks summer Convention & it was just perfect. We parked our car & walked everywhere. It was so close to restaurants, shops & beautiful views of the mountains. "We were here for the Wallace Elks convention. We were very excited to spend time in Wallace. There is so much history to experience. The Wallace Inn is the greatest place to stay. It’s clean. It’s beautiful. The people are nice. The pool is clean very inviting the yard outback is just beautiful. I can’t say enough about the Wallace in. We truly enjoyed it and we would give it a five star rating"

" There is no reason to stay anywhere else when in Wallace! This adorable, convenient and historic hotel has it all and is particularly quiet for an older establishment. Emily is a superb hostess and runs the place beautifully and efficiently. It is absolutely worth it to rent the "Madame's Suite" - a Victorian boudoir that will take you back in time and is extremely comfortable (the bed is really comfy and the giant tub is exquisite)! Absolutely DO have breakfast in their little brunch diner as the food is cooked-to-order and delicious - probably the best breakfast in all of Wallace. The location is so convenient that you will not have to move your car from the parking lot if you are going to stay in Wallace but if you venture out, know that the parking is ample when you do come back. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and loved The Brooks. We will definitely be back!! "
