"It was so bad that we just left after entering the room, there were far too many issues to believe it could be easily fixed, or that another room would have been much better. Of note, there was only one other car in the parking lot, not sure why they would give us such a bad room (if there were others that were better). Problems: door lock broken/loose, BIG gap under the door, bugs crawling on the ac unit, on the bed, flying, the room was stuffy when we entered and had a weird smell, the ceiling...

VIP beverage is just Costco water…
Housekeeping not consistent even when specifically requested. Room was either partially cleaned on one ocassion or not cleaned on another.
Breakfast is slightly better than average, for US standards…"
