Decor was beautiful but most staff were not trained in customer services, most were able to provide a service but only few understood customer service, it was my birthday and they were informed before I went, I got a complimentary upgrade which was nice, however, attention to detail was banking as they put 2 happy birthday banners on my friends door but not mine and wasn’t there birthday,also they staff in the restaurant sag happy birthday to me after being told, very disappointed

I liked the bowling alley on property idea. The gym was decent, some of the equipment was outdated but they worked. The food was great and if you want authentic Jamaican food go to the Red Snapper restaurant on property.

I'll never rent another property off this site again......I practically slept in my car the 1st night because my host double booked property and try to put it all on me

This was our first time at this resort. The property has a wonderful feel, set in the Montego Bay area. The location is spacious and the views are both stunning and gorgeous!! The beach is small but the beach access is extremely easy. The amenities are wonderful, and the entertainment is lively and very well-planned. The restaurants offer significant variety and the food is wonderful. But here is the hidden gem - the staff! The staff - customer service staff, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping staff are top notch, professional and very attentive, without being overbearing. This resort is a can’t miss! A true gem of the Caribbean!!!
