"This place was spotless upon arrival. The pictures in the post are exact - such a cute, well laid out cottage. We were there in May and sitting in the backyard, you would have thought we were in the middle of nowhere. It was so peaceful and quiet. After check in we were going to go to a few wineries, however, we loved the backyard and water view so much that we stayed put and enjoyed our surroundings. We will definitely be back!"

"Words cannot describe the beauty of this place. Exceptionally well decorated but not cluttered, in the best location imaginable. Right on the lake surrounded by water on three sides, birds, galore, extremely clean. Yes it is a bit small but that’s part of the point of it. If it were large, you wouldn’t get a few from every single room, nor would it be as special. This is the most exceptional place. Don’t hesitate to you will love every moment. Also, the owner is very responsive and generous."

"This is a quaint, "clean" and hospitable cottage to enjoy a getaway in a quiet neighborhood with a Lake Erie view. A great choice rather than a hotel/ motel scene with abundant indoor and outdoor space. All amenities you need would need are there. Dinese is a great host. Try it out!"

"Wow! We had a great couple days at the Brigette. The property is stunning and a short walk to a spot you can see Lake Erie. We were impressed with the cleanliness, and the design of the space just makes it a joy to stay in. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils etc that you may need, the sunroom was a great place to hang out in the morning with the birds chirping away outside. We will be back for sure!! "

"Had an amazing time in this house. Every thing was clean and updated. Kitchen outfitted with more than I needed. TV and internet all available and had no issues with them. Washer and dryer available and had all supplies. Games provided in sun room, which also was great. I did not use the upstairs rooms, but the downstairs bedroom and bathroom had all I needed. The deck on the lake was perfect. Afternoon sun and spectacular sunsets. Overall a fantastic place."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the loft! It was small but perfect for the two of us. We came for a 3 day getaway to rest and relax and this was the perfect place! The only issue was that we could not log on to the wifi with our laptops. Our phones connected just fine though. The beautiful view out of the floor to ceiling windows and off the deck was so peaceful! And Frank was quick to address any needs we had. Great stay!"

"This home is very modern and has all the comforts of home, really enjoyed the decor. The best part of the property is the beautiful landscape and views of the lake. Great communication by the owner. Location was very convenient to the wineries and there was a beach within walking distance. It The only downside is that one of the bedrooms had an opening that looked over the stairs - so not exactly a completely private space."

"The cottage is very sweet and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great windows with good screens throughout each room and in a tranquil setting for a very relaxed and easy vacation. The cottage is as described and feels even prettier in person. Lots of games in the cupboard for rainy days. Our host, Erin, was very responsive. We didn’t use the outdoors spaces but we did see a nice private back yard for those who would want to be outdoors in the summer evenings ahead."

"A wonderful little place to stay near Point Pelee National Park. It had all the amenities we needed and was perfect for our family with kids and small dog. Lovely deck with amazing sunsets over farm fields. A view of Lake Erie across the road with a cool breeze under beautiful trees."

"With Point Pelee Park only a few minutes away, this is an ideal location. The views of the lake and the hot tub add a lot to the cottage. The cottage is ideal for two couples, with lovely common areas. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, for example, there wasn’t one good frying pan. Also, we were disappointed that there was no live TV available, and we could only use Netflix or Prime through our own accounts. "We came for a three night visit in early spring, both to do some birding in the region and to observe the total eclipse of the sun. This location was perfect for both. In early April, the yard with its multiple feeders was well stocked with both late winter and early spring birds, and the chance to watch waterbirds pass on the lake was lovely too. "Overall the property is great. Newly renovated, clean, great patio with hot tub, great location and kitchen is very well stocked. On the downside - some things need to be maintained much better. One of the patio boards is cracked, the door the washing machine are broken off the hinges, some of the blinds are broken or missing and the screen to upstairs bedroom is ripped in several places. When you are paying top dollar these things should be repaired right away. If these little things bother...

"The cottage was spacious, clean and in a great location! A short walk over the bridge to enjoy the beach or stay at the cottage and sit at the water on a beautiful deck and read a book! We took the kayaks out and did a little tour of the canal. It was a great weekend and we all said we would definitely go back!"

"We are a group that books a May long weekend biking trip every year. This year we did the Pelee area and had a wonderful time. The property was clean, well kept, and met all our needs for 6 couples. Relaxing by the lake or in the lake was wonderful, barbqueing or cooking was easy, spreading out to watch movies or play pool and mahjong in the evenings was nice as there was lots of space. It was central to our daily bike rides. Overall it was great and we had a wonderful time."
