"At check-in, I was not informed shower is only open from 6PM - 11PM and 6AM - 10AM. So, I woke up late next morning and took a shower at 11AM. The next day, I did the same at around 10AM. There was a cleaning lady and I asked if I can take a shower. Then, out of no where an older lady rush in and scream at me in my face and she check everything and shoo me away. "Amazing hotel! It’s in a great location near many shops and restaurants, plus there’s a subway station right under the hotel lobby which was super convenient! The room looks super luxurious and it was really spacious. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!"
