It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything from games to deer corn (my daughter absolutely loved seeing the deer)! Watching the sun come up from the back porch was amazing. Our host made it easy to explore the ranch with directions and using the onX app. Our favorite parts of the stay were fishing, beautiful sunsets, hiking, driving the trails, and the mini farm. Cynthia was really great to work with, helped with all our questions beforehand, while we were there and so quick replying when we had questions. The water was amazing. Deep, so just plan for that if you have little kids. All of our crew LOVED it!! We got to relax so much and enjoy the clean beautiful water without any crowds."
