Common area always dirty.The rooms are small basic, the hairdryer must be requested and it is not always available.Honestly, for the cost paid, I expected much more than such a basic structure...."

His best answer was that it was the red building on a street, up a steep hill.On the bright side, it was located close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance of Center City.Getting hot water was tricky.
