"Our room was so lovely, clean and updated! It was in a quiet area within a short drive from Galway city center. Super comfortable king size bed and everything you need in the room to make you comfy and cozy. The soap and shampoo smell so nice too! "

The hotel is also just outside of Galway, so you feel like you're in the countryside while still being a short trip to the city center. "The room was very clean and spotless. The hotel staff were also great when we were checking in and out. This was the first place we didn’t have to pay for parking since arriving to Ireland. The hotel had onsite parking both around the building and under the building. There were lifts to accommodate those unable to use stairs. One downside was that we didn’t want the house keepers to clean the room while we were away as I’ve had things stolen in the past with that. They came in and cleaned even though we didn’t leave the sign on the door to refresh our room. Nothing was stolen or touched and they did do a good job cleaning up, but still would like my privacy to be protected. "

"The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel was clean with lovely Christmas decorations. It was in close walking distance of all the shops, pubs and dining options in the latin quarter. They have their own parking garage and will validate your ticket at the front desk so it does not cost extra for parking. The elevators are quick! Overall, it was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our Ireland road trip."

"From the moment you walk through the door, it's 5-star service! Absolutely beautiful and glamorous throughout and spotlessly clean with a glorious scent fantastically infused everywhere you go. We were only booked for a night but would gladly have loved to stay longer indeed! The Grand Salon dinner was scrumptious, delicious, and all the good things. Diana was a superb server and all the items were top-notch tasty - hummus with roasted veg, the g smash burger with chips, and the green curry with chicken, and ended with the best sticky toffee pudding ever - oh my, what a meal! The room has the details perfectly done. One feels as if you've stepped into 1930s Hollywood but with all the modern comforts, with even a nice note from attendant. The bathroom is spectacular with a deep freestanding tub, a 2-person shower with excellent water pressure, and beautifully bergamot and jasmine scented soaps, lotions, shampoo, and conditioner. This is truly a fabulous property in every way and we're delighted to bits to have stayed here!"
