"The room smelled of septic system and staff was not responsive to this once they were told and the leaky toilet was simply mopped up and not taken care of. They simply said this region was associated with this ‘ biological odor’the staff did not notify us of all the perks. They could have offered a discount because we had room that smelled but they were not inclined when asked. "Staying at this hotel was an unexpected surprise. From the moment we walked in we were treated like VIP. We got a room upgrade to the two bedroom fitness and the room was simply amazing. That night we ordered barbecue to be grilled poolside with fresh octopus, lamb and sausage. The whole experience was really fantastic. Will definitely stay here again."
