"Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. I would book directly next time as the only issues we had were with Expedia not the hotel. "

"Greeted with a demand for a cash payment as soon as I arrived at 11.30pm after a 6 hour journey. I thought Expedia had passed on my bank card details but no, wanted cash NOW. Asked if could sort in the morning but refused, saying I could leave now! She phoned her son who put the phone down on us.
