The Wohnbereich is the best for a hot tub with a tumble-drier and a kitchen, which comes with all the necessary instructions. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf den Balkon, woman den Blick auf die Berglandschaft genießen kann.

Gleich in der Nähe is located in major ski areas such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waidring-Steinplatte, Ellmau-Scheffau. A small family ski area is located directly in Kirchdorf. Im Sommer können Sie den zahlreichen Wander- und Mountainbikerouten folgen.
The surroundings of Ellmau, Kirchberg and the Kitzbühel world are one of the reasons why the Tyrolean atmosphere is great!

Schöne Wohnung in einem Haus mit vier Wohnungen, wir hatten ein Obergeschoss mit Balkon. Gute Wohnung, recht geräumig, gute Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, kein Lärm von Nachbarn. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, waren Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer. Da es keine Tür zwischen Flur und Wohnzimmer gibt, kann man von außen recht weit hineinschauen, was wir abends gerne mit Vorhängen verschlossen hätten. Aber ansonsten ein toller Ort, auch nah genug an den Geschäften von Skt Johann

Schöne FeWo zentral gelegen

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr gut. Die Wohnung ust zentral hiterm Wilden Kaiser gelegen und viele Ausflugsziele innerhalb 15 Minuten erreichbar. Durch die hervorragende persönliche Betreuung Vorort wurde der Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis.

Unser verlängertes Wochenende in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung haben wir mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich im OG mit einem großen Balkon. Die Sauberkeit ist tipptopp. Am Haus befindet sich ein Schlüsselsafe, so das wir flexibel anreisen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses ist schön ruhig und die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Freizeitangebote. Wir haben die Eigentümer kennengelernt, die unter der zu vermietenden Wohnung ihr Feriendomizil haben. Eine superliebe und hilfsbereite Familie. Alles in einem kommen wir gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Nahezu perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit Tiefgarage und Waschmöglichkeit und tollem großen Balkon, den man auch bei Regen nutzen kann. Cafe Hauts 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Reiterhof, Gaststätten und Schaukäserei schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit Kinderwagen gut zu laufen. Ruhige Wohngegend. Rundum sorglos Betreuung vor Ort, die gute Fee Barbara versorgt mit allem, was man braucht: Wetterinfos, frische Handtücher, Toilettenpapiernachschub Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Alles bestens, toller Urlaub wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great apartment for a small family and with a couple of nice local restaurants which were reasonably priced compared to the dining at the big resorts locally. A car is essential but you are within easy driving distance of several good skiing areas in particular Kitzbuhel which we loved. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we could need. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a stay for 5 nights to accommodate our hiking holiday. We could start the hikes directly from the house, after we finished our breakfast of fresh bread which was delivered every morning at the front door! The host was super helpfull and enjoyed it to make it a pleasent trip for us. The house was a lovely place to return after a cold day outside, especially for the price.
