Went to pay they said yes to charging to room. Lady at breakfast again said no. Finally they let us eat but we had to pay. Next day we just paid up front. Terrible attitudes. No phones in room to call front desk. If you needed towels or toilet paper you had to go to front desk to get it. Felt crappy having to take roll of paper from front desk clerk as they were checking in people "

"The staff was so helpful and friendly. We loved the design of the room, the gorgeous view, and of course the pool/sauna/gym. Location is right in the old town, so perfect base to walk everywhere. Would stay here again, and we are quite sad to leave! "
