Vacation home at Seepark Kirchheim, Hesse for families and groups of up to 6 people

I rent my little, lovingly furnished holiday home to all who like to enjoy the nature and the summer by the lake. The house is located in a well maintained holiday home park in the northern Hessian mountain country (Seepark Kirchheim).

Located directly above the small reservoir (100 m as the crow flies) there is plenty of space for hours together, a terrace for barbecues and chilling. On foot you are in 2 minutes on the lake, in 5 minutes on the beach or at the water ski or Wakeboard system.

An open fireplace for cozy hours in autumn or winter are waiting for you. Here you can relax after beautiful excursions and hikes. If you are in the mood for culture or shopping, you will also get your money's worth. In the nearby Bad Hersfeld, Fulda or Kassel, there is much to see.

Also a golf course is nearby (Kurhessischer Golfclub Niederaula). Passionate motorcyclists can look forward to winding roads and almost no traffic, in a very scenic area around Knüllgebirge, Ederbergland and Rhön.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet,mit allem was man braucht.Die Aussicht auf den See haben wir genossen.Der Badesee ist schön gelegen,super auch für die ganze Familie und Hund Schöne Waldwege zum spazieren gehen. Den Ashram haben wir besucht,dort gibt es ein Cafe am See (veganer Kuchen)sehr schön. Auch an der Wasserskianlage kann man sehr schön sitzen und den Wasserskifahrern zusehen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Charme
Wir reisten in Summe mit 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern (unter 3), wo jedes Kind im DG ein Zimmer erobern durfte ... Wobei die separaten Waschbecken pro Zimmer gold wert waren. Die Treppen haben sie nach Kurzem auch sicher bezwungen 😅 Ansonsten ist fast (ich glaube es fehlt lediglich ein Herd, was aber bei der Küche wahrscheinlich nicht realisierbar war) alles da was man braucht um eine gemütliche Zeit zu verbringen. Sauber Matratzen, sauber und hygienische Waschräume und alle technischen Geräte sind sauber und im guten Zustand. Diverse Gegenstände die Im Alltag von Nöten sind, finden man garantiert im Mehrzweckschrank im Flur. Es gab nur eine kleine Sache, die wir etwas störend fanden bei Zwillingen, die im Nachbarzimmer lagen. Und zwar hat man sich fast so gehört als wäre keine Wand zwischen den Zimmern. Da dies nur in der Einschlafphase hinderlich war, war es verschmerzbar.

Super Hütte, tolle Lage, sehr, sehr sympathische Vermieterin
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Kirchheim (Reimboldshausen). Die Hütte ist sehr schön, sehr gepflegt und war sehr sauber. Die Aufteilung ist klasse, mit zwei separaten Sitzecken und viel Platz im Wohnzimmer sowie in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern. Alles war so vorhanden wie beschrieben. Was sehr hervorzuheben ist, ist jeglicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und sehr schnell geantwortet. Darüber hinaus waren es auch stets sehr sympathische Nachrichten und man hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne, vielen Dank für alles..

Gemütliches Haus
Wir waren mit meinen Eltern im Urlaub. Es ist genügend Platz für alle da, egal bei welchem Wetter! Auch die Kommunikation bei Fragen war hervorragend. Im Feriendorf selbst gibt es kleine Spielplätze und natürlich den See. Aber auch die nähere Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten - wir waren Klettern, wandern, auf vielen Spielplätzen, im Tierpark. Eine tolle Gegend, gern kommen wir wieder!

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit eher kleiner Küche in schöner Umgebung
Wir waren eine Frauengruppe und dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir auch den sehr schönen Aussenbereich mit Blick auf den See nutzen. Die Liegemöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nutzbar. Unser einziger Wermutstropfen war die sehr laute Musikbeschallung durch unsere direkten Nachbarn bis tief in die Nächte, die nicht auf unsere Beschwerde reagierten, wofür der/die VermieterIn natürlich nichts kann.

Schönes Häuschen mit Blick auf den See und ca. 10min von der Badestelle entfernt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht.

Mädels Wochenende
Wir haben in dem Haus ein Mädels Wochenende verbracht. Es war wunderschön, man kann sich wirklich entspannen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man nur brauch. Die Wanderwege sind auch wunderschön. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal kommen. Es ist aufjedenfall zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für das schöne Haus.

Bezauberndes Häuschen
Unsere Woche Sommerurlaub in Bines Haus am See war perfekt, denn es war für jeden was dabei: unsere Tochter liebte das kostenfreie Baden nach 10 Min. Gehweg, unser Söhnchen liebte das Herumtollen um das Haus, unser Großer konnte Kontakte im Feriendorf knüpfen und mit anderen Kindern spielen, mein Mann schätzte das kühle Haus und ich die sonnige Terasse. Das Haus ist absolut ausreichend ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Sicher ist es auch sehr schön im Winter. Die Umgebung hielt relativ wenige Unternehmungen bereit. Hier waren wir sehr dankbar für die Insider-Tipps von „Bine“ und haben die empfohlenen Ausflüge sehr genossen.
