Vacation home in Seepark Kirchheim, Hesse, for families and groups of up to 6 people

  • I rent my little, lovingly furnished holiday home to all who like to enjoy the nature and the summer by the lake. The house is located in a well maintained holiday home park in the northern Hessian mountain country (Seepark Kirchheim).

    Located directly above the small reservoir (100 m as the crow flies) there is plenty of space for hours together, a terrace for barbecues and chilling. On foot you are in 2 minutes on the lake, in 5 minutes on the beach or at the water ski or Wakeboard system.

    An open fireplace for cozy hours in autumn or winter are waiting for you. Here you can relax after beautiful excursions and hikes. If you are in the mood for culture or shopping, you will also get your money's worth. In the nearby Bad Hersfeld, Fulda or Kassel, there is much to see.

    Also a golf course is nearby (Kurhessischer Golfclub Niederaula). Passionate motorcyclists can look forward to winding roads and almost no traffic, in a very scenic area around Knüllgebirge, Ederbergland and Rhön.

Die Wohnung/ das Haus sind mit viel Liebe und ein Auge zum Details eingerichtet.. es wurde an alles wichtige gedacht was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.. sehr schön sind auch die zwei extra Toiletten.. jede Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und genau.. wir wären gerne hier Gäste und werden es weiter empfehlen.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit praktischen Zwischenebnen. Haus liegt -wie fast alle Ferienhäuser dort- am Hang mit Blick auf den See und dem gegenüber liegenden großen Wald, umrahmt von hohen Bäumen windgeschützt. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist unglaublich erholsam. Hier kann man sich sehr gut entspannen. Die dortige Luft ist hervorragend. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ein Backofen existiert zwar nicht,, man kann aber wohl auch in der Mikrowelle (Geschirr dafür?) grillen. Wakeboarding ist fußläufig erreichbar. Dort gibt es einen Tretbootverleih und Trampolinspringen. Man sitzt dort sehr schön direkt am Wasser des Stausees und kann jegliche warme und kalte Getränke sowie einen Imbiss genießen (Unterführung gegenüber der Bushaltestelle nutzen). Das sog. Strandcafe gehört zum Ashram, ist wohl nicht öffentlich.Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Sees (Fußweg von ca. 300 Meter ab dortigem Parkplatz) befindet sich eine schöne kleine Badewiese mit hohen Bäumen die Regen- und Sonnenschutz bieten, wenn man dies sucht. Am dortigen Seeufer ist ein kleine Sandbucht. Es geht sehr lange knöchel- und kniehoch ins Wasser hinein. Ideal für Kinder. Ausserdem gibt es dort eine Tischtennisplatte (Netz mitbringen) und eine Beachvolleyball-Anlage. Keine Restaurierung, kein WC.Sehr zu empfehlen,

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet,mit allem was man braucht.Die Aussicht auf den See haben wir genossen.Der Badesee ist schön gelegen,super auch für die ganze Familie und Hund Schöne Waldwege zum spazieren gehen. Den Ashram haben wir besucht,dort gibt es ein Cafe am See (veganer Kuchen)sehr schön. Auch an der Wasserskianlage kann man sehr schön sitzen und den Wasserskifahrern zusehen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Charme

Wir reisten in Summe mit 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern (unter 3), wo jedes Kind im DG ein Zimmer erobern durfte ... Wobei die separaten Waschbecken pro Zimmer gold wert waren. Die Treppen haben sie nach Kurzem auch sicher bezwungen 😅 Ansonsten ist fast (ich glaube es fehlt lediglich ein Herd, was aber bei der Küche wahrscheinlich nicht realisierbar war) alles da was man braucht um eine gemütliche Zeit zu verbringen. Sauber Matratzen, sauber und hygienische Waschräume und alle technischen Geräte sind sauber und im guten Zustand. Diverse Gegenstände die Im Alltag von Nöten sind, finden man garantiert im Mehrzweckschrank im Flur. Es gab nur eine kleine Sache, die wir etwas störend fanden bei Zwillingen, die im Nachbarzimmer lagen. Und zwar hat man sich fast so gehört als wäre keine Wand zwischen den Zimmern. Da dies nur in der Einschlafphase hinderlich war, war es verschmerzbar.

Super Hütte, tolle Lage, sehr, sehr sympathische Vermieterin

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Kirchheim (Reimboldshausen). Die Hütte ist sehr schön, sehr gepflegt und war sehr sauber. Die Aufteilung ist klasse, mit zwei separaten Sitzecken und viel Platz im Wohnzimmer sowie in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern. Alles war so vorhanden wie beschrieben. Was sehr hervorzuheben ist, ist jeglicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und sehr schnell geantwortet. Darüber hinaus waren es auch stets sehr sympathische Nachrichten und man hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne, vielen Dank für alles..

Gemütliches Haus

Wir waren mit meinen Eltern im Urlaub. Es ist genügend Platz für alle da, egal bei welchem Wetter! Auch die Kommunikation bei Fragen war hervorragend. Im Feriendorf selbst gibt es kleine Spielplätze und natürlich den See. Aber auch die nähere Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten - wir waren Klettern, wandern, auf vielen Spielplätzen, im Tierpark. Eine tolle Gegend, gern kommen wir wieder!

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit eher kleiner Küche in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren eine Frauengruppe und dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir auch den sehr schönen Aussenbereich mit Blick auf den See nutzen. Die Liegemöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nutzbar. Unser einziger Wermutstropfen war die sehr laute Musikbeschallung durch unsere direkten Nachbarn bis tief in die Nächte, die nicht auf unsere Beschwerde reagierten, wofür der/die VermieterIn natürlich nichts kann.

Mädels Wochenende

Wir haben in dem Haus ein Mädels Wochenende verbracht. Es war wunderschön, man kann sich wirklich entspannen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man nur brauch. Die Wanderwege sind auch wunderschön. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal kommen. Es ist aufjedenfall zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für das schöne Haus.

Bezauberndes Häuschen

Unsere Woche Sommerurlaub in Bines Haus am See war perfekt, denn es war für jeden was dabei: unsere Tochter liebte das kostenfreie Baden nach 10 Min. Gehweg, unser Söhnchen liebte das Herumtollen um das Haus, unser Großer konnte Kontakte im Feriendorf knüpfen und mit anderen Kindern spielen, mein Mann schätzte das kühle Haus und ich die sonnige Terasse. Das Haus ist absolut ausreichend ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Sicher ist es auch sehr schön im Winter. Die Umgebung hielt relativ wenige Unternehmungen bereit. Hier waren wir sehr dankbar für die Insider-Tipps von „Bine“ und haben die empfohlenen Ausflüge sehr genossen.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage mit 6 Personen. Trotz dem etwas schlechten Wetter war es erholsam und man konnte gut ausspannen in den paar Tagen vor Ort. Das Haus ist liebevoll und warm dekoriert/ausgestattet. Die kleine Küche ist völlig ausreichend. Die Schlafzimmer sind top. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren auch ausreichend vor Handen. Kurz um alle waren zu frieden und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Top Service und Vermieter

Perfekt für einen Familienausflug

Das Häuschen am See liegt total schön, sehr ruhig, idyllisch und perfekt für einen Familienausflug. Es ist ausreichend Platz für 2 kleine Familien und die Aufteilung und Einrichtung lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Es ist etwas hellhörig und die Dielen und Treppen knarren ordentlich, aber das ist auch das einzige. Frau Starker war super hilfreich und freundlich, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein sehr schön, gemütliches, eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus. Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort, was super gepasst hat. Als kleine Anmerkung haben wir, dass uns ein Backofen ein wenig gefehlt hat. Bzw. wäre alternativ eine Mikrowelle mit einer höheren Leistungs- und Auswahlvielfalt super gewesen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmals wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschönes und sehr großzügiges Haus in dem es wirklich alles gibt, was man braucht. Alles sauber und ordentlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit Terrasse und Balkon mit Blick auf den nahegelegenen See. Spielplatz in 5 Min. erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr gemütliches und hübsch eingerichtetes Haus und toller Kontakt zur Gastgeberin

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende im Haus von Sabine. Wir hatten zwischendurch zwei Fragen, sie war direkt erreichbar und ein sehr netter Kontakt über die gesamte Dauer, von Anmietung bis Abreise. Danke dafür! Das Haus ist super gemütlich, toll und individuell eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Charme. Wir haben hier ein Mädelswochenende verbracht und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist toll, nur eine Spülmaschine wurde vermisst ;-)). Aber nicht wirklich. Drei verschiedene Sitzecken plus Terasse, besser geht's kaum. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

wunderbare Urlaubszeit dank schönem Ferienhaus

Wir haben 5 wunderbare Tage bei sonnigem Herbstwetter in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus genossen. Es fehlte uns an nichts und die Ausstattung der Küche etc. gab mehr her als wir erwartet hatten. Vielen Dank für dieses liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhäuschen.
