Holiday village "Seepark Kirchheim". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Kirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on the lake, in the countryside. Public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, bakery 4 km, café 400 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Bad Hersfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 10 km, minigolf 15 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stausee 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The Seepark is divided into four “villages” with a total of 139 holiday homes, which are grouped around the reservoir (10 hectares of water, bathing, water skiing, sunbathing area). Route around lake is ideal for walking and jogging.

Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Gas heating, boiler (100 litres). Small balcony 5 m2, large terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, patio, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Distance to the reservoir: 500m.
