"The flat is very well located and very clean, so we really felt at home. The staff and the owners are really lovely, very helpful and very kind. We plan to come back to Crete and we will come back to this accommodation without hesitation. "Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests."
