"very clean, staff are excellent, they will help you for anything, very friendly. not sure about shuttle bus as we drove to it. big sign when you get closer to the hotel. onsen is the best! my skin felt so soft after! "

"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"コンテナだけど、バストイレ別で思ったより過ごしやすかった。
わりと清潔な見た目ではあったが、よく見るとテーブルの足に髪の毛が絡みついていたりはしたのが残念な部分ではあるが、目につくホコリなどはなかった。
簡単なキッチンスペースと調理器具があるのも良かったけど、食器類まであると最高。
ドリンクサービスもこどもが飲めるものまであると、もっと最高。それを補う自販機があるので大きな問題では無い。"
