Quality hotel - 20 mins drive from Ebino Plateau

Good base for exploring area. Rooms are huge with great views. Kaseki dining in-room was excellent. Large indoor and small outdoor onsen provided variety. Helpful staff given we were probably the only non-Japanese staying there.

需要修正飯店並沒有接駁車，以免誤導遊客。客房很大，但是設備比較老舊，床不太好睡。員工很親切，自助早餐晚餐很豐富。溫泉很大，但是通風不良好，悶濕的味道很重喔。

バブル当時に建てられたからか、基本的に設備等が古い。部屋のトイレの流れが悪かった。部屋のトイレが悪いからホテルのトイレを使おうとしても同じフロアにトイレは無く、最下階まで行くのが面倒だった。エレベーターが早かったのが救い？脱衣場から大浴場へ行くのに階段を下りていくのが怖い。その他の食事や部屋は良かったです。

家族6人で行きましたが、部屋が広くてゆっくりできました。食事はバイキングでした。いろいろな料理があってお腹いっぱいになりました。とっても美味しかったです。お風呂は内風呂と露天風呂がありました。内風呂はとても広くて、洗い場もたくさんあって使いやすかっです。内風呂と露天風呂の入り口が別々なので、両方を一度に入る事ができなかっので、露天風呂は入れませんでした。聞いた話ではすっごく良かった！と言っていたので、次に行った時には必ず入ろうと思います。売店も広くて色んなものがありました。

母と2人で宿泊させて頂きました。 こちらのホテルは、スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 フロントの方もとても親切丁寧に説明して下さいましたし、エレベーターの前で気持ち良く出迎えて下さったスタッフの方も見えました。 夕食の際、エレベーターから降りたら、遠くからスタッフの方が走って駆け寄って来て、食事会場まで案内して下さいました。 夕食の懐石料理は、食べきれない位、沢山のご馳走でした。 お部屋はとても広く、のんびりする事ができました。トイレとお風呂と洗面所が一緒だったのが残念でした。ポットのお湯沸かすのに、そちらの水を使うしかなかったです。 無料wifiが完備されていたのは、良かったです。 温泉も、とても気持ち良かったです。 売店のスタッフの方もとても気持ち良く対応して下さいました。

良くある温泉ホテルです。

良くある普通の大型温泉ホテルです。築後も長いのですがそれなりに清潔にしております。食事も良いです。 お風呂に入るときに階段の上り下りが老人には大変かなと思います。温泉街からは離れてます。

施設の方の対応は凄く良かったです。 温泉、サウナは良かった。 立地的に仕方ないが露天風呂とお風呂がつながっていないのが不便でした。 掃除はしてありましたが、畳が古く洋服を置いただけで畳のかすがついて困りました。
