Sakura Sakura Onsen (さくらさくら温泉) is one of the many onsen (hot spring baths) you can find in the prefecture of Kagoshima, located in southern Japan. This onsen is a mild-acid sulfer spring and is said to be effective for treatment of neuralgia, stiff shoulders, exhaustion, rheumatism, sprain, and external wounds. So...pretty much everything!

Sakura Sakura Onsen is famous for their mud bath, which will make you smell foul of sulfer for days but will make your skin shiny and smooth like a new born baby.

This onsen is located within the grounds of Kirishima Kinowan National Park, which was designated in 1934, one of the first in Japan.

"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."
