"The photos do not do this space justice - it is perfect for hosting large groups / families and being able to unwind in a relaxing environment.The hot tub was great, and the log burner was also a brilliant touch.We did notice some pet hair (not ours) which allergy sufferers had issue with, however we were able to clean with the tools provided.Great access to local walks."

"We stayed at Green Smithy Cottage for two weeks and had a wonderful holiday. The cottage is very well laid out and clean. The kitchen is properly equipped. It includes a bright room with a dining table. You sit there very well. The living room is large with good seating. The two bathrooms are modern and work well. The bedrooms and beds are very o.k. "House not cleaned properly, plug socket in middle bedroom hanging off wall, tv aerial cables hanging out wall in kitchen at fridge,leaking radiator in kitchen - reported to owner/management company on day 1 of holiday - no response. Had to put newspapers down to dry floor up, wall crumbling in corner of kitchen, paint flaking off numerous walls & in poor state of decoration. Have stayed in many holiday cottages which were all of much better standard - I would not recommend this cottage."

"A group of 10 ageing from 20 - 74. We all loved the house, lots of space and homely. The projector room was fantastic for movie nights and the games room went down a treat. The house was warm, plenty of hot water, the welvoming pack was an added bonus. We had no problems and would definately recommend as a big group. More kitchen utensils would have been better as the pans werent big enough and also we couldnt all sit in the lounges together as not enough settees.- we managed. Its a fabulous...
