"There was a problem with the number of people on the reservation. They tried to charge me another $150 US even though I didn't need a different room. End result was that my 2 kids (one an infant), pregnant wife, and I had to go in search of another room and will have to fight for a refund (which they were unwilling to do). Horrible experience, and rude people."

"The quantity of waffles were not enough to support the number of guests. Not impressed with waffles as being to only breakfast option either. The coffee was good! Very clean, quiet and great location!"
