From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was just right! Location, cleanliness, staff, accommodations. One highlight was the restaurant! Well-prepared fresh food. The other highlight was our full glass ceiling to floor view of the water.

Loved this place, super beautiful and the staff were friendly and the food was fantastic. You can see horses near by and the view is amazing as well as the room. Will be definitely coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The bed was super comfortable, the view was beautiful, and dinner was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was great too! We even got lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right outside our door, which made the stay extra special. Great water pressure in the shower as well! Very convenient location with gas pumps and a convenience store close by. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

A gem. Aesthetics and haptics everywhere, comfy and with a view it makes you feel part of the environment, just with the coziness of a cabin. Very good restaurant. Breakfast area a bit cramped.

Beautiful location. Very nice room with all the amenities we needed. The weather was unexpectedly hot and a large fan was s as leafy in the room when we got there. Very good breakfast and pleasant staff. Our ‘cabin’ was down the hill with no close parking which made it a bit difficult to move our suitcases. Would still give 5 stars.

We totally recommend this hotel, it's really beautiful and unique, small beautiful cabins in the middle of nowhere that most of them have amazing views to the lake or the glacier. The staff was really friendly and helpful, cheers to Cosmin, he was really amazing with us during our stay. The only thing I would improve is the dinning room, not in decoration, but in space, we think it's small for all the cabins, during breakfast it was crowded, but besides that, an amazing option if you're visiting the south of Iceland.

Beautiful location. Cabin is spacious facing a lake. Very beautiful. Heated floor, friendly staff. The onsite dinner is outstanding! Great place to see northern light. Unfortunately we did not see one during our stay. The only complaint is hot water in the shower only lasted about 10 minutes then ice cold. The breakfast is limited and dull.

This hotel is everything you want, good room, excellent shower pressure, beautiful views, good breakfast, excellent WiFi, parking right in front. I cannot recommend a hotel more than the Magma Hotel.
