"The beds were made and they had clean towels. But they forgot to clean up the little things. Such as cleaning the coffee maker/removing the use coffee refill that another guest may be how to use an empty the water in the ice bucket. "The room I purchased was given to someone else. Once they decided to put us in another room, they gave us double bed when I purchased a king. The card for the parking didn’t work so had to go back again to fix that. Then the sports lounge has cockroaches on the floor that I also recorded to report. I would NEVER go here again. The staff was terrible and acted like we were bothering them to get into a room we paid for."
