The staff was so helpful and arranged to take us to nearest gas station for accessing atm. Few addition like kettle, glasses,tea bags are a suggestion that hotel can consider to add to facilities. "The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the bus stop (which is where the supermarkets are located). Luckily there was an elevator available although there are a few steps to go up in order to get to the reception desk. The room was clean, they did have carpet, but I had brought slippers not knowing if this was something provided in Germany. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was kept very comfortable. There wasn't heat turned on and the breeze from the outside made it very pleasant. The room was perfect for 1 person although it would also be fine for 2. The bathroom is a good size, not too big or small, but I am also a small person so that's that. The breakfast spread was reasonable and typical of the region, bread, cereal, cut fruit, yogurt, deli meats, cheese, eggs, and luckily for me, some lightly sauteed vegetables as well. It is also quite centrally located at least for me, as I'm used to walking and everything was easily walkable distance. Overall one of the more comfortable stays during my exploration of the Mosel region. "

"Great location. Very beautiful and comfortable. Offered discount for parking and had a place to store our bicycles overnight. The room was spacious and had good amenities. It is old so the floors squeaked in some places. The rainfall shower head was leaky and in need of replacement, but did not interfere with showering. Best of all was a small fridge and a fan. Would highly recommend!"
