"We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety of food each morning. Everyone was amazing, but we especially want to highlight Pervaiz, who served us at breakfast—he was exceptionally attentive and made our mornings even better. "Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue. Would stay again though!"

"The Ramada is a wonderful hotel! My entire extended family spent more than a week there when we were in Kathmandu for a wedding. The suites are spacious and comfortable, the restaurants are great, and the staff is incredibly solicitous. The only drawback is that the Ring Road is currently under construction in the area, which makes navigating by car and on foot slightly difficult but hardly impossible. The staff was always ready to call us a cab, and we managed to walk to a number of places in the area without difficulty. A very enjoyable stay!"

"Well located in the Kathmandu busy downtown district of Thamel, we enjoyed the staff superbe smiles and warm welcome. The hotel provides driver services for day long custom trips and airport transportation in recent car or minivan at a very reasonable cost. And the breakfast buffet as a good choice of food for everyone."

"This is a WONDERFUL hotel. The staff is so kind, helpful and attentive. It is very clean There is not a lot in the area BUT the restaurants are delicious. There is a rooftop restaurant that is really good and has nice views for Nepal. The bathrooms could be improved because they flood when you shower and become a fall hazard but other than that 5 stars! "
