"Cart Shed 1 was a super place to stay. Lovely high standard accommodation very confortable beds and living area seating, well equipped kitchen and the luxury of 2 bathrooms. Emily was very quick to respond to messages and gave clear instructions for directions etc. Couldn't have been better for a trip down memory lane for 2 ex students of Culham teacher training college, one of whom stayed at Nuneham Courtney house."

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Booked two rooms for ourselves and relatives for a three night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hall is an old building with lots of character and has those little corridors running off in many directions which I find intriguing. Our room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean with a good size shower and quite modern. The windows in the building are the old style metal frame single glazing so we're difficult to open and you can hear outside noise so if you're a light sleeper I suggest asking for a quiet room at the rear of the property. The bed was very comfy but the pillows are a bit too hard for me. The breakfast was in one of the big old rooms which makes it feel quite grand. Nice small selection of hot and cold for breakfast. There is a modern bar area that is also a dining room in the evening and there is a small sports bar off one of the many little corridors. The hotel is just on the main road and the car park it at the rear which is accessed through a quite narrow tunnel so if you have an unusual large car you'll have to pay to park on the public car park at the front. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy and it's is a very short walk into the town center. The train station is only 15 minutes walk too so great location."
