"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "It was a great experience staying in a traditional ryokan, visit an onsen (public bath) and use a yukata (Japanese robe). Lovely staff, great location and spacious and clean room. A futon mattress would have made the experience even better, but the down duvet was wonderful."

Onsen was very nice, rooms have been keep in top shape, with new fresh tatami mats, clean walls, etc. Buffett breakfast had a lot of choices, Japanese and some western items. Wi-Fi in lobby only. free transport to and from Minakami station can be arranged."

"旅館の場所は、正直分かりにくく、急な坂の真ん中にあるため車で向かう際はかなり気をつけた方が良さそうです。 ただ、駐車場にいる男性がとても分かりやすく誘導してくださったので、車高の低い車でも難なく駐車することができとても助かりました。 多少の古さはありますがそれがまた良い雰囲気を醸し出し、落ち着きます。露天風呂の苔は、人のよって受け入れられないかもしれません。 お食事は2食ありました。 味は全体的にやや甘めに感じましたが美味しかったです。お米が一粒一粒立っている感じが良かったです。夕食は18:00過ぎ、朝食は8:00にいただき、時間が空いていましたが空腹を感じることのない量です。 石段までの間に色々なお店があり、楽しめます。また、2次元で町おこしをされており、こちらも楽しめました。"
