They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met without making us feel like clients or customers. The atmosphere of the reception area sets the comforting mood for a great experience. The room we stayed at was clean and quiet. The fresh morning coffees and espressos set the mood for amazing days. Conservations with the staff were never forced but felt genuine. We will definitely stay here next time we visit. Please give Princess a loving scratch under her chin from us!"

"Great in every way except one, only one little think that I find it annoying. Elevators. Good functioning two elevators that seemed to be used a lot by staff doing housekeeping. It lacks service elevators unfortunately, hotel is located in what is like a residential building."
