"Booked to stay here for an authentic Ryokan Onsen experience on our Japan holiday. This was our first time at both a ryokan and an Onsen so we don’t have an awful lot to compare it to on those aspects. "The hot spring is a bit dirty"

"It would have been better if breakfast had been served as individual sets rather than a buffet. The buffet area felt quite overwhelming when everyone was trying to get their food, and some guests even cut the line. Serving breakfast at the tables would help create a more comfortable and orderly dining experience."
