We are happy to welcome you to this countryside setting, secure and big property where you can park your boat or RV. The place is a newly constructed apartment with an independent entrance next to the house. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room table for 2 and separate living room with 52inch Smart TV (no local cable) however you can login and stream your favorite shows via Netflix, Amazon Prime and so many free streaming services. 

The Bedroom features a California King bed and private Bathroom. Sleeps up to 3 guests. There is a single folding sofa available for the 3rd guest. There is also a washer and dryer provided for your convenience.

Includes free wi-fi and FREE Parking for boat and RV (size restrictions may apply.)
**Please note garage parking is NOT included with this rental. The parking is outside only on the concrete extension only** Monthly Rates available! 

Pleasant Hill is located in south Kissimmee and just 10 minutes to the boat launch at Lake Toho
15 minutes to downtown Kissimmee where you can find restaurants and take a walk in the park by the lake
30 minutes to Disney World!  Fishing lovers have the perfect spot.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman’s new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.
