"My family stayed in a 3 bedroom townhome facing the pond. At fist glance, the unit was clean. There were some signs of carpet "wear and tear" on the 2nd level, but nothing crazy. No bugs observed. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. We made dinner for 7 people twice witthout any issues. The hot tub was clean, heated, and worked without any issues. The main pool was warm which was nice as we experienced some cooler days by Florida standards. Price was very reasonable as we brought our Labrador...
