"Comfortable resort hotel, with a lovely onsen (hot springs), 3 indoor & 1 outdoor pool, sauna etc! Lovely views. Peaceful location in the hills, golf course. Regular free shuttle bus from nearest station which is well connected to Sapporo & airport. All rooms are smoking so it smells a bit, but very clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Better for earlier risers as breakfast finishes at 9:30 and checkout is 10am... Take everything you need as it's in the middle of countryside so it's not easy to...

Worst part was there was no hot water in room, only freezing water. None of us could shower. I would like a refund as the conditions of the room and check in completely unacceptable. Thank you "
