"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the railway station. Shopping arcade,a mall and a temple are all within walking distance. The room is clean, spacious and the provision of a air purifier has added value to the hotel. "right next to the bus station to the airport"

"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...
