The entire system is very efficient and in my experience all trains are precise and punctual to the minute. Rail travel is one of the best in Japan and here in the port area of Kokura is a railway museum which displays some old trains and also provide hands on fun for kids bad adults alike. Worth a visit if in the area and it has some really nice souvenirs too!

Good Value of the suite in that area

The suite have the best view in town and a very good value. With around US160 per night ,you can have the whole suite, with a superb lounge access and breakfast for 3 people, which is kind of a steal from my perspective.

Directly infront of this waterfront hotel with rooms with the view of the lighted up car bridge and pedestrian bridge, is a ferry that people can take to go to the fish market full of sushi selection a la carte. Quality at fish market is average since there is a restaurant with very high quality sushi around the corner from this hotel. Great tax free shopping for tourists near the hotel too.

Very convenient hotel at Mojiko.. hotel is old but well maintain. Parking area was not indoor. The day check out was raining a little bit inconvenient. However the man helping parking outside the hotel was very good, every time we park in he ran to us and showed us where to park, the weather was cold with strong wind, appreciate his hard work!

This is probably my most favorite part of Japan with it being less populated so it means people are more down to earth and less Americanized than the more popular parts of Japan. Also this hotel is cheaper than other you will find in the inner city.

お部屋は広くキレイで景色も良かったです。当日知ったのですが、チェックアウトが12時だったのでとてもゆっくりできました。朝食会場は天井の高い素敵なレストランでとても美味しかったです。また泊まりたいホテルです。

清潔感があり、建物全体的に洒落ていて明るく、駅も近く、景色も良かったし、ホテルの空間を楽しめました。スタッフも親切でした。女性用アメニティがあれば使いかったのですが、チェックイン時にお声かけがあれば尚良かったです。(チェックアウト時に、後から、フロントデスクに表記してある事に気付きました)

ホテルに入った時からいい香りで癒されました。 スタッフのみなさんも感じが良く、近くにはお土産屋さんもあり食事もでき、楽しむことができました。 温泉があれば最高だと思いました。 次回もぜひまた宿泊したいと 思いました。
