"The property is good for a solo or couple who require accommodation. The host supplied the basic toiletries and kitchen supplies. The neighborhood is quiet."

"Muito boa a estadia. Imóvel novo e completo com todos os eletrodomésticos. Quarto limpo. Localização próxima ao centro da cidade. Achei o check in um pouco complicado antes de chegar ao imóvel, porém estando lá, fui bem atendido pelo concierge."

"Nice quiet place in the heart of dt Kitchener"

"the check-in process is clear and easy to follow, and the property is clean and well-stocked, with toiletries, towels, and supplies for coffee and tea. the furniture is comfortable, and both wifi and roku tv are provided. hosts are kind and communicative. the location is super convenient: there is a plaza nearby with a grocery store, bank, lcbo, gas station, etc. and the hosts provide a list of nearby restaurants and takeaway locations."

"The host was very cooperative and responded in a timely manner to all queries. The property was as described and met all expectations."

"The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I was completely satisfied with my stay, especially the great location and the patio. Tim Hortons and Central Market were just a five-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Communication was excellent, with very quick responses throughout my stay, including check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kitchener!"

"Karolina was a fantastic host from start to finish. She's super responsive and any issue I had was resolved the same day. The neighborhood itself is quiet for the most part. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable stay with a host who looks out for her guests."

"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"

"Very clean and host is very nice. It’s a cozy place, although it’s smaller than I thought. Pictures made it seem bigger"

"Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps it fair and balanced:The house served its purpose well for our two families and had plenty of space for everyone. Overall, it was reasonably clean, although there were a few areas that didn’t meet the level of cleanliness I was expecting. The location is right in downtown, so be aware that the surrounding neighborhood can feel a bit rougher than other areas. During check-in, I wasn’t completely sure how safe I felt at first, but I didn’t...

"The unit served our purposes well as a place to sleep while visiting family nearby. It was reasonably clean and quiet. Although not mentioned in the advert there is parking available. The building is new and as of now there is still some construction and there are final touches needed. Similarly for the unit itself most things were there & Nitin tried to rectify shortcomings (e.g. no coffee maker). There isn't much immediately around within walking distance but with a car groceries, restaurants...
