"Nice and the deal I had for 2 nights there was amazing."

"The hotel was nice & in a great location. We were there for 10 days. I had to ask several times for housekeeping to clean our room. The first time all they did was make to bed and left clean towels. I asked again and said please make sure they sweep & mop the bathroom floor. Never happened, not once in 10 days! Slowest housekeeping EVER! Just pure laziness, they “cleaned” 3 times in 10 days, which involved making the bed and throwing clean towels on the bed. Never cleaned the bathroom...

"While the room was decently cleaned, it was worn with old furniture and scuffs all over the place. The real issue was with the swimming pool area. Jacuzzi broken. Overloaded with chlorine and no ventilation. Chemical gas room. All 3 of my kids had to vacate within an hour due to breathing difficulty and vomiting symptoms.
