"Sauberkeit war top. EntĂ€uschend das BĂŒro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den SchlĂŒssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem BĂŒro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag frĂŒher abgereist. Ich habe den SchlĂŒssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem BĂŒro. Trotzdem haben sie den SchlĂŒssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll fĂŒr den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."
