Beautiful accommodations in a private location

The Minette Bay Lodge is a wonderful place for an amazing getaway. Our hosts, Howard and Ruth, are lovely people who want to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are all top notch. Our king suite was well appointed, the bed was so comfortable and having a sofa and fireplace in the room made it cozy beyond words. The breakfasts were substantial and made with care and attention to detail. Plenty of cozy places within the common area of the lodge to sit and relax and curl up in front of a fireplace. Outdoors, they have developed meandering trails and even a few suspension bridges throughout the property that make for great photo opportunities let alone a pleasurable walk in the woods. There is access to the water but timing can be affected by tide levels but there is plenty to explore in the meantime. Overall, we would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks Minette Bay Lodge for the lovely stay.
