"Arrival is a little unsettling as the driveway is very steep and security rummage through the car and your luggage but once you’re through it’s a beautiful hotel. Various options for eating, really helpful staff - and an extremely clean and well-maintained property. We did have an issue with water not flowing through the shower drain fast enough to stop flooding but this was sorted out within 30 minutes. Andrew enjoyed a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again; and recommend."

"We did not stay there because the apartments are in a bad neighborhood, in poor condition, dirty and insecure. Efforts to contact your office for a refund have been fruitless."

Even better, staying here supports a great cause. The lodge is run by the non-profit New Hope Foundation, whose work is close to my heart after one of their hospitals in Tanzania saved a close friend's life years ago. Highly recommended!"
